Refund and Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Window

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging and accessories.

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or payment screenshot).

  • The product must be returned complete, without missing parts.

⚠️ Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products labeled as “No Warranty”

  • Items with display issues (no display warranty)

  • Refurbished products sold without warranty

  • Items with physical damage not reported at the time of delivery

  • Products returned after 7 days

  • Products missing original packaging or components


🛠️ Warranty Policy

Warranty applies only to products that:

  • Are clearly marked as warranty-covered

  • Are still within the warranty period

  • Are supported by proof of purchase

📌 Warranty claims will not be accepted without:

  • Original invoice or bill

  • Payment confirmation as proof of purchase

Warranty periods and terms are specific to each product and will be honored only as stated at the time of sale.


💳 Advance Payment & Parcel Refusal

  • All orders may require an advance payment of 10–20% of the total amount.

  • If you refuse to accept the parcel, the shipping charges will be deducted from your advance payment before any refund is processed.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


💰 Refunds (if approved)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take time).

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {your email address}.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request an exchange, email us at {your email address} and ship the item to:
{your return address}


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


📦 Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
    We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
